Yes, we have a specialty contracter’s license and are insured and bonded through Guardian Financial Group in Kennewick. Please feel free to reach out for additional information. We are also endorsed by the city.
do you also service commercial projects?
We offer both residential and commercial contracts. Residential or Commercial contracts include quarterly cleanings (every three months) but we also offer bi-annual cleanings in the spring and fall. Store-front locations are serviced monthly.
Do you offer discounts?
Seasonal contract customers always get a loyalty discount, but we offer additional discounts for referring friends. We also sometimes add seasonal complimentary services or treats! Look in the mail for our flyers offering exclusive deals!
Do I need to be home for the service?
We ask that owners be home for all interior cleanings. If only the exterior windows need service, we can clean while you’re away! Our schedule is often weather dependent and so we will provide an estimate of the time you should expect us.
How often should my windows get cleaned?
Windows need to be cleaned quarterly because our community relies on sprinklers and the hard water mixed with our dusty air so mineral deposits build up quickly. If left untreated, these minerals will damage your window and shorten its lifespan.
How should I prepare for a window cleaning?
Please leave any gates unlocked, heavy objects moved away from your windows, and ensure your yard is free of any pet leavings! For interior cleanings, please move anything in front of your windows inside as well!

How do I know if I need to replace my window?
If you see any condensation between the panes or any hues with a chrome or oil spill appearance, the seal on your window has cracked. If this happens to you, let us know and we will arrange a replacement for you!
What if it rains when I have my appointment?
If inclement weather prevents a good service, we will contact you and schedule another time without any additional cost!
